Os indicados ao Globo de Ouro 2023

Os Banshees de Inisherin lidera a lista a do Globo de Ouro 2023 com oito indicações.

Desde o ano passado, o Globo de Ouro vem recuperando a racionalidade e escapando de constrangimentos — foi a única premiação televisionada, junto ao Oscar, a não indicar a interpretação vexaminosa de Jared Leto em Casa Gucci, por exemplo —, e a lista de 2023 segue parâmetro semelhante. Entretanto, era esperado um certo divisor de águas para a seleção deste ano, visto que a Hollywood Foreign Press Association, em uma iniciativa inédita, convocou mais de uma centena de novos novos profissionais para integrar o corpo de votantes, focando em perfis que valorizassem a diversidade. A iniciativa não surtiu muito efeito, como na categoria de direção, que, após dois anos, voltou a não incluir mulheres entre os cinco finalistas, mesmo com Sarah Polley dando sopa por Entre Mulheres.

Velhos hábitos seguem em cena, a exemplo da indicação de Baz Luhrmann como melhor diretor por Elvis, resultado exclusivo de uma campanha dedicada extensiva do estúdio para emplacar o filme na temporada de premiações — sem esse grande trabalho de publicidade, dificilmente Luhrmann emplacaria uma lembrança na categoria. Tendo esse cenário em vista, indicações interessantes como as de Dolly De Leon em melhor atriz coadjuvante por Triângulo da Tristeza e a de Ana de Armas em melhor atriz, sobrevivendo ao justo bombardeio de más críticas direcionados a Blonde, ficam pequenas diante de uma lista extremamente comportada e circunscrita à famosa zona de conforto.

O que o Globo de Ouro 2023 sinaliza é que Os Banshees de Inisherin e Tudo em Todo o Lugar ao Mesmo Tempo chegam com força total na temporada, enquanto títulos como Os Fabelmans, Avatar: O Caminho da Água e Tár confirmam seus esperados destaques. Outro filme beneficiado pela lista é Top Gun: Maverick, que chegou a ser eleito o melhor filme do ano pelo prestigiado National Board of Review e agora emplaca uma indicação como melhor filme de drama do Globo de Ouro 2023.
